Home & Auto

No two people have the same insurance needs. The coverage you purchase should be designed to fit your individual needs. It should provide full protection at a price you can afford. At Insurance Center of New England, Inc., we are committed to helping you find the right coverage. Because we represent several different companies, we can compare the products offered by each, to determine the best coverage at a price that is right for you.

Let us work with you to develop a custom-tailored insurance program to protect your family, home, auto and other valuable possessions.

  • Auto Insurance

Auto Insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It provides property, liability and medical payments coverage. Property coverage for damage to your car. Liability coverage for your legal liability to others for bodily injury or property damage. Medical coverage for treating injuries, rehabilitation, lost wages and funeral expenses. How you choose to buy auto insurance depends on your own particular needs and preferences.

  • Home Insurance

The biggest investment most people will ever make is in their home. Home insurance provides financial protection against disasters. A standard policy insures your home and the things you keep in it. Home insurance is a package policy. This means it covers both damage to your property and your liability or legal responsibility for any injuries and property damage you or members of your family cause to other people. Depending on your individual needs, many options are available.

Special features you can choose for additional security (Available on a Homeowner Policy):

    • Home Replacement Cost
    • Personal Property Replacement Cost
    • Additional Coverage Form
    • Identity Theft Protection
    • Ordinance or Law Coverage
    • Computer Equipment Coverage
    • In-Home Business Coverage
    • Scheduled Personal Property
    • Increase Other Structures Coverage
    • Water Backup of Sewers or Drains
    • Earthquake
  • Condominium Insurance

Condominium owners face the same financial risk as homeowners. Condominium insurance provides the same coverage as the Home insurance policy and allows the unit owner to customize coverage to meet the unique needs that exist with common areas involved in an association.

  • Renters Insurance

Renters insurance provides financial protection against the loss or destruction of your personal belongings when you rent a house or apartment. Your landlord’s policy provides coverage for the building he owns but it does not provide any protection for your property located in that building.

  • Personal Umbrella Liability

If you ever get sued, your standard homeowner and auto insurance policies will provide you with liability coverage up to the limits on those policies. In today’s litigious society, you may want to have an extra layer of liability protection. That’s what a personal umbrella liability policy provides. An umbrella policy kicks in when you reach the underlying limit on your other policies. It also, covers you for things like libel and slander. Umbrella liability policies are available in limits of $1 million and higher.

  • Boat Insurance

Homeowner policies provide very limited coverage for small boats without motor power or under 25HP. In many cases, liability coverage is not included. Boat insurance not only provides coverage for property losses to your boat, it also includes bodily injury protection for injuries to others, property damage for damage to someone else’s property and medical payments for guests injured while riding in your boat.

  • Additional Lines of Coverage

In addition, we have markets to provide peace of mind coverage for:

    • Rental Properties – 1 to 4 families
    • Secondary and Seasonal Homes
    • Business in the Home
    • Classic Autos
    • Motorcycles
    • Snowmobiles
    • Recreation Vehicles - ATV’s
    • Valuable Items – jewelry, antiques, coin and stamp collections, etc.
    • Wedding Insurance and other special 1 day events
    • Vacant and Vacant/Renovation Property
