We at Insurance Center of New England Group are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the confidentiality of their personal information.  Our collection, use and disclosure of nonpublic personal information about applicants for our products and our customers are governed by this Privacy Policy and regulated by law.

We use the information we collect about you, including the nonpublic personal information, only for purposes of effecting, administering, enforcing and servicing your insurance with us.  We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, except as provided by law.   We may provide information about you to your Insurance Company.  We do not sell or otherwise share your information with anyone outside of our Agency for marketing purposes.

Information we collect

• Information we receive from you on your application for insurance, as well as, other forms related to your insurance with us.
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
• Information we receive from the Registry of Motor Vehicles or any other consumer-reporting agency for the purpose of writing or rating your insurance policy.
• Information we receive from non-affiliated parties in the process of handling claims on your behalf.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law

We restrict access to nonpublic personal financial information about your business, you or your family to those who need that information to provide the services you request or to whom we are obligated to provide the information.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations regarding privacy of such information.
